1. Who, other than you, verifies that every asset arrived and was processed?

2. How would a missing asset be detected, and how quickly would we be told?

3. Is our inventory reconciled asset by asset, or only summarized by count or weight?

4. If equipment is resold, how would we know we were paid for all of it?

5. Who keeps the evidence, and could we produce it for an auditor, regulator, or counsel?

6. Is anyone grading the outcome who also benefits from it?
