Schedule a pickup of your unwanted computer equipment.
Please note:
Minimum charges will apply for any request for service. Comprehensive logistics services are included. However, additional charges may apply for any nonstandard pickup requirements.
Standard pickups are scheduled Monday – Friday between 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Weekend and evening pickups are available upon request.
Please notify Retire-IT in advance of any special needs so we can avoid any potential delays.
An attempt fee will be charged if a logistics carrier is dispatched, but is not permitted to perform a scheduled pickup.
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of scheduled pick up may be subject to an additional fee.
Please remember to include all accessories and peripherals with retired equipment. Especially, please remember to include AC adapters with all laptops! Deductions may apply for equipment returned without requisite peripherals.
Unless you are an existing client with a Master Service Agreement in place, any request for service is considered an acceptance of the Retire-IT Standard Terms and Conditions.
